• Bachelor and above Degree
• 5 years HR management and practice experience;
• Familiar with each HR work process, such as recruitment, C&B, society insurance, training and performance review;
• Excellent communication skills and experienced in computer : Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
• Good analytical skills, propensity for detail and a problem solver
• Excellent follow-up skills, sense of urgency;
• Strong sense of cooperation and teamwork
• Good communication skills (written and oral in English)
