The role will be full and varied and will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Management of Sales Management Function in each group company to ensure hitting targets
Implementation and review of tactical and strategic sales initiatives
Regular communication with CEO’s/Sales Directors in each company
Review of sales policies/procedures of new companies joining the group
Analysis of KPI’s
Participate in cross-functional meetings on strategic issues
Co-ordinate communication between network of companies
Prepare ad hoc reports
Competitive Analysis

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 - 5 years sales management experience, ideally in an online industry
Business-2-business sales experience involving telephone-sales to new prospects
Experience of the recruitment industry and/or advertising sales would be a distinct advantage.
Strong knowledge of the Chinese market is essential.
Strong history of success in a target driven environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
Proven sales management track record.
